Powderhorn Drama 2 Play:  A Tree Called Aesop
This 10 week class will continue from Drama 1 allowing students to put their acting skills into action (recommend Drama 1 first if possible). Students will be cast as a character, memorize their lines, build their specific character, help create and use props, learn stage blocking, and work as an ensemble cast to perform a one act play! Two multi-hour dress/tech rehersals & performance included. On the last day of class we will have a Performance of our One Act Play for all parents and friends. 
 
What: Powderhorn Drama 2: Winter One-Act Play! 
Who: Kids in Grades 2nd - 5th
Dates: Mondays, January 27 - April 13, 2020 (10 sessions)
           Performance: April 13, 2020
           (no class on 2/17 for Presidents Day, or 3/23 for Spring Break)
           (2 hour dress rehearsal 4/6, 3 hour block for dress rehersal/performance 4/13)
Time: 3:20 pm - 4:20 pm

Production Note: Parents will be asked to help in at least one of these ways: with some character costuming, with some set/prop pieces, to help during our dress/tech rehearsals, with set up and tear down of the show.
