• space to creatively reflect on your own personal self-image through art, mindfulness, journaling, and conversation

• conversation and story around the tensions of rejection we assign to the image in the mirror

• thoughtful, faith-based perspectives on what it means to be truly BeYOUtiful as you were created to be (appropriate for girls of all faith backgrounds as we recognize spirituality, but allow space for diversity)

• fun creating your own guided mixed-media art (Art materials provided. This is not an art class and is for ALL girls. Rather we use art as a tool to connect to our own stories.)
